The prominent soils of this tract consist of the following:

1. Bayboro (ba) - Loam
2. Leaf (La) - Loam
3. Pantego (Pa) - Loam
4. Rains (Ra) - Fine Sandy Loam

These soils are very poorly drained. Infiltration is medium, and runoff and permeability is slow. The seasonal high water table is within a depth of 1.5 feet. The soils create an excellent series profile for growing loblolly pine plantations.
